Well, Captain,

that is slightly on the back burner at the moment, but not too far back.
It will have RR Conways, and guess what conversion they were left over from!
It is proving a bit of a pig cutting down a twin engine set up to make a single, I can tell you.
The colour scheme will be Grey/Green over light aircraft grey, from a recently, at that time, de-commisioned fighter squadron in Germany.
Think Sharkmouth :drink:

With a (now) comparatively oversized wing and those engines I bet her short-field performance would be a sight to see!

I've got some photos and drawings somewhere that show the curved arm thingie on G-AXLR, but you can only see the gap between the arm and the engine casing from directly ahead and it's not that wide either. In 1/144 scale it amy well be negligable.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
