Great schemes to the DB605 version, I want the kit, in 1/48 to make it...jajajaja :thumbsup: :cheers:

Don't forget to massively reinforce the landing gear and add a few hundredweight of ballast to the tail.  ;)

R-1830: 567 kg (1,250 lb)

DB 605: 756 kg (1,667 lb)

Also don't forget to add the weight of the cooling system.

BTW where are the radiators on your profiles.  ;D

In the inner leading edge of the wings, same as the oil coolers for the radial J-22. With that weight difference in mind, maybe the rear fuselage would've been wiser  :-\

Maybe with a set up similar to the Mustang or Thunderbolt?
