Love the 55 gallon size paint cans.

Love it.  Interestingly enough, I just rewatched Operation Petticoat this afternoon.  Still a very funny movie.

Surely they're 44 (real) gallons?

The F-14 reminds me of a mock dog fight over the North Sea with a Nimrod back in the late eighties.
The Nimrod came back with bent wings, the Captian demoted.
The Squadron Leader was heard to say, " an F-14 can't make a toasted bacon sandwich at 20,000ft!"

Note: the toilet is at the front end of the Nimrod. The rear has the kitchen and sonorbouys.

Hmmm...

Sounds a bit like the story of a Nimrod heading over to the States that was escorted in by a couple of F-16s. The F-16 jocks had the usual disregard for heavies, so they did a few aerobatics, made a few dummy attack runs at it, that sort of thing.

"Very impressive," said the Nimrod pilot, "but I bet I can do something you can't do: watch this."

The Nimrod then flew on straight and level for ten minutes, to the puzzlement of the fighter jocks.

"How about that then?" said the Nimrod pilot eventually.

"How about what?" replied the F-16 leader, "What did you do?"

"Oh didn't you see?" replied the Nimrod pilot, " I went down the back for a good sh*t, then made myself a steak sandwich...."
