Can be found here http://aerial.rcahms.gov.uk/

Reading the small print in the various archives it seems the photos may only be of Scottish 'targets'. So where are all the ones of Germany, France, Belgium, Holland etc? My Dad must have taken some of them at least.............

Ah no, I got that wrong. There are photos taken of non-Scottish 'targets', it's just the site is arranged a tad wierdly.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Piece in the Metro (freebie newspaper) yesterday, several phots all allegedly from the RAF, including the one of the Suez Canal.  Mmmm, odd one that - it includes a mega-sharp silhouette of an RF-84 beneath the recce bird, so either an RAF Meteor FR9 or Canberra PR3 (I guess) was accompanying the RF-84, the RAF secretly had RF-84s (oh no - whif potential alert) or - mon dieu! - it's French photo!!   ;D ;D
