The aviation authority in his country (just south of your country Captn) agreed and insisted that the phraseology be changed.

Hm, why doesn't this surprise me?

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Reminds me of this-

And I know the pilot of the Dart doing the interception.  He was the first commander of my last ANG squadron

I've not noticed his stuff before, it's SUPERB stuff!

'Everything Down' and 'Foxtrot Finals' do it for me, I can almost hear those Merlins chuntering away on low throttle.

Also reminded me (although it took me an age to remember who did it) of this Mike Rondot image:

Great paintings thanks for the links ! Love the intercept shots. Especially the 106 and the one with the Victor tanker pulling away.

That's an interesting mix of aircraft in that shot, I see F-104s, Lightnings, F-4s, F-100s, maybe Super Mysteres too. The fact that it's a 74 Sqdn T5 makes me wonder if it was a Tiger Meet event?

Ahah, I know that bottom one, that's the 1977 Tiger Meet at Upper Heyford when the 20th TFW hosted the meet.  ;D

The all-over tiger schemed CF-104, 3rd from the left in the back row, is '756, the 2nd of the RCAF Tiger 104s.
