About time too!

I hope we've heard the last of Boeing's snide comments about Airbus programme delays now that they have shown they are just as good at it........
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Seems to be the pattern of the past decade: A340-600 was late, A380 late, B787 late, A400M late, 747-8 late.
If things stay true to the pattern then the A350 will probably be late as well. 

Perhaps the salesmen and schedulers at both companies need to setup better communication with their engineering departments.  ;D

Pity Orson Welles is dead, he'd perfect for a new ad campaign for today's aerospace industry:

Managed to watch the A380's 1st flight live too so glad I got both! Congrats to Boeing!  :cheers:

seen it on CNN, looked great, i was just a tad scared when she took off, seeing the wings bend up like that  :o
otherwise it looked good  :thumbsup:
