Yeah, that sounds about right. I guarantee there are Lockheed-Martin and Sukhoi engineering drawings sitting on a desk at the PLAAF.

Darn, it used to be there was a decent lag between advanced prototype and model, allowing us whiffers the opportunity to make one of our own. Now, that darn kit is out before I have a chance to razor saw up a half dozen or so models...where's the fun gone?

I absolutely love the idea of these 1/32 kits but my OCD kicks in with the large-scale stuff. I absolutely have a hard time knowing when to stop detailing them. That's the issue I'm currently having with my 1/32 Revell F-104G. Every time I start working on the damned thing I find new areas to correct, or add wiring, or add a little more detail...
