Knowing these guys there'll be more parts in the pak 40 gun than in the entire Italeri version of this kit 😂
Tell me about it! I just don't get the obsession manufacturers have in competing with each other to see how many individual parts they can cram in a box. All it does is result in an insanely complex model full of stupidly small bits that's a pain in the central orifice to build. Individual track links are the worst thing ever. I absolutely hate them (along with p/e parts!!)
Honestly..im not sure why Beer mate but I'll bet it's a prestige thing...you'll remember how over the yrs how a kits ability to be amazing was not also quality but parts count..the more they had the more detailed ..the more realistic...of course that meant the little tiny models..like the RSO ..Kettengrad  Panzer 1 were nightmares to put together if those hundreds of little parts didn't fit together..ask me how I know  :banghead:
Individual track and PE are coffee and tea matey..either ya do or you don't..im a coffee guy 😆
Individual track..when it's good track is perfect for little models like this as there's no strain on the running gear ..unlike the Italeri RSO which bent everything cause the tracks just sucked ..as all Italeri track pretty much does.
The draw back of indi track when it's this small ..the carpet monster could have a field day ..even tho I do love them they can be nightmares but when there good ..dude nothing beats em ..ya just gotta get a feel or a rhythm for em ..I still havent mastered em totally yet but not bending the return rollers or drive sprockets cause the tracks are to tight ..brilliant  ;D
PE ..you should see how many different tools I've got just for PE ..mate I tell ya ..it's bloody refreshing to come across a kit without it 😍

😊👍. Well, I think we're in broad agreement here. Personally, I'd go for one piece tracks any time even though it's almost akin to heresy nowadays to say that 😂.
I certainly would not  buy any AFV kit that only offered individual track links. Horses for courses I guess 😂
Link and length tracks are, I think, a fine compromise. As for p/e parts? Well, any that are included in kits I buy are binned immediately, and, unconditionally
Well I'll tell ya what ..send ya PE to me then 😆 🤣 😂
I am definitely not a fan of AFV Clubs indi tracks mate ...they always end up being to stiff and won't sit right and since I'm a fan of WW2 German half tracks and AFV Club make alot od German half tracks I had to replace alot of tracks  :banghead:
Luckily those were the days before wiffy bit me hard 😅 🙃
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .
