Some scale TSR.2 and something big-ish.  Maybe a Nimrod or 707 in 1/72.

C-141..?     That's big-ish...

As for me, lots of Desert AF SAAF, some more Pucaras, - including WIf variations -, and a couple of 1950 Schneiders, inspired by Bladerunner's creations.  Along with a Rooivalk, PC-12 and Cava.  And maybe the 1/32 Cheetah will get finished.    So there's about 1/3 what-if content there, enough to justify my subcription, which is traditionally paid in a reliable currency - Twiglets.
The future's so bright, I gotta wear NVGs...

Plans? What plans?

I just go where the whim takes me, and right now my JP T6 is still sitting on the bench looking a bit forlorn, the IL-28R is languishing in it's box with the VAST wings overhanging the edges, the Blue Angels Buccaneer is stashed on the deck of the Atalntic Conveyor with it's knackered yellow stripes needing attention, and the PR19b is STILL sitting in its box where it's sat for the last 10 years!

Apart from them I'll be bored to death I expect......
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Lots of things on my list, but my priority is to finish a good chunk of my in-progress pile before I start anything new. Not likely to happen, but still.....

Anyway, new projects to start this year include:

SEPECAT Panther GR1 (see Spinners' profiles topic)
HMS Leaopard (battlecruiser based on IJN Kongo)
Maltese Knights heavy flying boat (will be based on something like a Blackburn Perth - big, heavy biplane with lots of weapons)

And several others, if I get round to them. I do need to get an airbrush as well - I hate painting big models by hand...
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

Ian, it doesn't count if you've already built them, then pretend your going to build them this year!

I can't even pretend to stick to any plan of completing anything, I swear when it comes to models I must be ADD, As soon as I get halfway through something i want to start another, which really makes no sense since it's the painting and finishing i enjoy....I must just get derailed when it's time to do the PSR.

I would like to do my Australian A-10 this year.

Maybe get back to this project also.

And of course finish up any number of the "in progress" builds that are stacking up.

My plans in the new year?  FINISH SOMETHING before starting another project.  Don't make me count how many I've got on the assembly line, please don't make me count it!   :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Plans for 2010? Let's see. First, finish all that stuff started in 2009. Then start all the stuff scheduled for 2009. And then... ah, who am I kidding, by then 2010 will be over.
Cheers,
Moritz

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?
