The Wooksta!

I'd get one or two but got four of the older Monogram boxing from Dave T on Britmodeller a few years back.

I wish I knew where the built up one I had has gone.  It just needed a final sanding before the primer went on.

The LHS had Trumpeter's 1/72 F-100D on sale for a tenner each. Couldn't resist!

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Not as green as he is cabbage looking, eh???
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Via the red van Verlindens 1/35 WWII German Nurse with two children, nice but not as nice as Stalingrads figures and I'm still trying to work out how they cast them.  ;D

Radish

Club night at Stafford last night, so as I was passing Hobbycraft Stafford, I dropped in and acquired an Airfix 1/72nd Spit XIX and a Revell 1/72nd Gannet....which is delightful and in their sale. It's also got lots of bits, so one to make in front of the telly, I think, so I don't become bored. It cries out for underwing stores, a rear gunner and a fully weathered French desert scheme.

Also bought some more feathers

Now that sounds very interesting, a single engined Beaufighter type thing ??

On my "to do" list is an RAF one with wing guns, LOTS of Matra pods, revised canopy and spine, blanked-off rear cockpit and radome, escorting an RAF CSAR helo in Vietnam, Sandy/Spad stylee.....

It'll be in-flight and heavily modded though, so no reason not to use the old FROG one I've got.
