I think it's the same winch gear that's on most post war RAF target tugs.

from Jamiesons Models, Glasgow (lhs.)

Trumpeter 1/35 E.50 aa. tank, turret should be on a Panther but a nice addition to the range
Academy 1/72 Bronco A, a really nice lil kit, prob the best one in the scale
Academy 1/72 Bronco D, ditto above with the long nose extension and new props
Academy 1/72 MiG.23, a cheaper copy of the Hasegawa kit with engraved panel lines
Italeri 1/72 Boeing Chinook HC.1, looks way nicer than the old Matchbox ones i have stashed

the 1/72 kits all for 'whiffing'

Yeah, that's a great kit. I've got one and it has enough spare stores for my Airfix Pucara.

Having recently spent a bit on two orders.....my wife paid up ALL of my credit card....nice one.

Dragon 1/700 USS Arthur J Radford the Spruance class fitted with the stealth mast for the Project Cancelled Stealth theme for SMW.
Aoshima 1/700 HMS Illustrious, didn't have one, knew it was an average kit and as the UK importer is getting irratic i thought i had better gone one whilst still cheap on ebay. Not sure what to do with it but may do her following the post war refit with the round downs removed.

The Wooksta!

The Mosquito bits arrived from ebay yesterday and I was correct - the mystery white metal parts were from the Skybirds 86 DH Hornet NF21.  No wheels, but I can mould & cast them anyway.  It was more the u/c legs I was after.  Means I can finally get the Hornet TF23 underway.

Hello....out of interest....whats on the boxart for this....I got one with a poor pic of one flying towards with nose pointing to left of box and another following close behind.....the missiles don't resemble anything I can identify and the panel lines are raised....how much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?
