You mean the BMW Daleks? Horrible cars.  Can't look at one without thinking of the new 2010 model Daleks.

1/72 Shackleton .... to go with the two other shacks I have.... one to be an AEW 2, one as a Mk2 and the third as a spares source due to warped fuselage and wings. Might need another to do as a Mk3. Still going to need bomb bay doors so that the Mk2 can have its bomb bay open.

Depending on how badly warped the wings are, I'll take them off your hands.  Warped or not, they'll be easier to work with than the Sangar vacform Lincoln wing.

TBH, you may be able to salvage them as the plastic used is fairly soft, hence the warping.  Hot water and freezer treatment may do the trick.  If not, I may have a Shackleton spare.  Getting at it is more difficult...

I've never thought about that, but thinking about it, you're right  ;D
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Two arrived from ebay today, both 1/72nd.
Italeri CH-146 Griffon mint/sealed
Revell F-101B Voodoo (the very well detailed one!). Now I can bash the old Matchbox one into something!

From fleabay, Heller 1/72nd VAB 4x4. Cheap!

Now I can make two funky half-tracks.....

If anybody else fancies a modern half-track, then the Heller VAB is recommended. The VAB is built in 4x4 and 6x6 versions, the 4x4 having external stowage boxes in place of the centre wheels. The Heller kit's engineered the same way, so all you have to do is leave the boxes off and you've got a nice continuous "right-looking" area in which to fit the half-track units.

AND, when I got home, a box of Aeroclub stuff from Hannants, which has arrived in record time. Thought I'd better get some things I'd be umming and arring about, while they're still there to be got. Props, guns, some u/c and a couple of those US triple-tube rocket launchers you see on Jugs.
