I found it buried in one of the many boxes on Collect-a-Kits stand. It was only £3 but his pricing can sometimes be hit or miss.
Best to keep searching on Ebay and hope to get reasonably lucky. Do check out www.KingKit.co.uk with a search for Mangusta, theirs is £5.99 plus £3.50 postage.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Trumpeter 1/72 Type 59 MBT - actually ordered two of 'em from Amazon, but only one showed up so far.  At times, some really nice bargains can be found on Amazon. Got these for only 5.64 EUR each.  ;D
Cheers,

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Chris,

The buns'll be a bit stale by then.......  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Back from SMW, having been fairly restrained, and acquired the following:

Valom XF8B-1 - to be in-service in Korea I think, or maybe Vietnam instead of Skyraiders.
RS Avia B.135 - to be Lithuanian, as per Clave's superb profile. Probably add a 3-blade prop as well.
Whirlykits Hawker P.1121 - in-service Hawker Hellion FGR.4, possibly Falklands.
Revell Skyraider two-seater - to be Argentine Navy torpedo-bomber, Falklands war.

I could have spent a lot more, but I managed to resist.

I also snagged a Revell Starfury kit for my friend Weasel. These are rather rare now, so it was a good find.

Revell Mil 26 Halo - a LOT of space in the box compared to the size of the sprues. Disappointed with the decal options though. Should've got the Zvezda version :banghead: :banghead:

Lance, give nev a shout (if you can get hold of him at the mo), he has the Begemot Halo set & only wanted the Indian markings.  He was willing to let the other options go to anyone who wanted them, I took the Emercom versions off his hands.  That still leaves several military & civil options:

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Got home from several days away and found a few packages waiting for me...nothing to compare from the SMW swag across the pond, but the eBay fairy brought:

Monogram 1/48 F-101-80s boxing with RCAF markings
Monogram 1/133 (box scale) Super Constellation
Matchbox 1/72 HS125-600
Italeri 1/72 Kamov KA50
Revellogram 1/48 F-15E
Aeromaster 1/48 Lightnings Part 1 decal sheet

and the hidden gem...

Box of assorted 1/72 bagged kits, bought for under $5...said box contained:

Airfix 1/72 S-3 Viking
Hase 1/72 Curtiss Seagull
Frog 1/72 He162 (in an ANCIENT Plasty-Airfix Seahawk box)
Beechnut 1/72 A-8 Shrike
Airfix 1/72 MiG 21
Airfix 1/72 DH Heron II
Airfix 1/72 Bristol Superfreighter
Airfix 1/72 Jetstream (     )
Revell 1/32 Cobra
and...three Airifx kits that I cannot identifiy without digging them out...two WWII twin engine thingies...and I think a Macchi fighter...

Not bad for a listing described as FIVE bagged kits!!

So I got that going for me...which is nice....
