in progress :

I will use the he111's landing gear on the he177's wings, and I keep the he177's fuselage for another whif's, but it's an another story...

Finally I used the He177 landing gear, I realized the upper turret

suite :
Junkers studied JU Ef132, making his 1st flight under the Russians colors but that will not be built in series. As I have a full fuselage of the He177 (the wings have served me a mount Heinkel 711) I have imagined, in the same reasoning as the JU287, the fuselage and a pair of wing with reactors use. Project halfway between the Ju287 and the Ef132, the Ef133 would have 6 reactors.

When I saw the picture, I thought "what a huge span! how to store that in shelves?!" . Then I noticed the paint can's size, giving the scale, and yes, sorry, it is 1/144, so very small in fact. You made me jealous, I should have been "educated" in 1/144 rather than 1/72, I fear it is too late now, or... I may build a twin-plane of different scales: 1/72 P-51D port, 1/144 P-51D starboard  , yes! Thanks for this idea! (when I will have finished building all the 1/72 I have in stock) ;D

a twin in two scales... why not! but how?

Yer He-711 looks Good! The He-111 series were good "lifters" for their size. I'm not sure all the extra horsepower of the He-177's engines would increase the lifting power beyond the "medium bomber" she was, but certainly would increase speed (a noted deficiency in a pre-war design that had to soldier on in an increasingly speedy "modern" war).

Fitting number, perhaps, for a night bomber, as the "Seven-Eleven" convenience stores in America pioneered being open in the late-night hours.
My mind is like a compost heap: both "fertile" and "rotten"!

Thank you Sequoiaranger, I agree with you, I think most has a gain speed and range of additional load carrying. I haven't think for the seven-eleven stores (There is not yet store 7-11 in france) but has it x11's declination  ;D

The 711 looks great, a "stretch" fuselage version would also be interesting - a potentially a cheaper option than a "proper" He177

If you make  4x engined (or OK 8x engine in the 4x pods) would that make it a "4711" - it could be the (eau dd) Cologne Bomber !  ;D

Hi Blue,
I had thought a longer fuselage and then when I did the test Assembly, I have found him a powerful "head". The large span is made to the high altitude as the Me109H and I like (water of ) Cologne's bomber. I don't do so in as 4x2moteurs, this is too unbalanced

Many congratulations for your x11 family, very delicious!

a twin in two scales... why not! but how?
It is not possible for 'normal' modellers having pilots in airplanes, but for me considering them as objects/birds (the canopies, painted black, being eyes), this is very possible, cutting and gluing into an asymmetrical twin-plane, a half-dwarf Siamese twin-bird... I will check on Hannants web-site if there is a 1/144 P-51D and I may modify this way my project of family from the (already got) 12 P-51 kits...

also, I thought to a p51 at 1/144 in UAV. responsible under the wings of the large p51 either on it. the UAV could be "recco" mission or mistel (reverse)
