There's always a divided North America to consider.  You know, North and South.  Harry Turtledove did a whole alternate history novel series about how the world would have been different if the Civil War had ended in a stalemate and the country remained divided up to and past WWII.  Could be interesting....

Or a enlarged Canada (a.k.a. United Provinces of Canada) with the northern U.S. states & an independent U.S.A./C.S.A. consisting of the southern states.

(Timeline could include a failed 1776 uprising, a partially successful 1837 rebellion with the United Provinces being given self-government in return for it's loyalty & a successful 1860-61 rebellion with British troops withdrawing from the south after suffering major losses in a guerilla war.)

I'll see what I can come up with.  They were actually off of some knock-off Chinese F-15 that had some horrible USAF decals.

I'll see if I can't come up with some custom markings in Adobe Illustrator this weekend.
