Sorry my thread is so jumbled with WIPs and Final drawings.  I organized the ones I'd like included.  I grouped  them accordingly and would like them nominated as groups.  Let me know if that's ok or not.

The USAS Edison is definitely Whiffie worthy and a justified nomination.  Probably Sci-Fi and Conversions.

Ed, would love to see enough mech builds for a separate category.

JP,
Your Welcome

I'd be pleased as punch to qualify for both.  ;D

I do agree that I try and nominate stuff as I see it and it strikes me, but man, just looking over the last few pages alone has shown me how much I missed.

This is the main reason I started the Whiffies.  Yeah, it is fun to have a little contest to make fun of other contests and to actually recognize some of the great stuff you guys (and some gals) generate in a year.
But mainly, it is nice to have a place to see what you may have missed and get a chance to go and see.  I always look for unread threads when I enter the forum but it surprises even me when something shows up in the Sway thread that I somehow missed.  Maybe the title to the thread didn't catch my eye or just didn't seem that interesting.  Maybe I was short on time and figured I would check those later.  Whatever the reason, it shows up here and I go "how did I miss this?".

So, a little review in profiles section. For best profiler/CGI:

Damian2: http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,22063.930.html

Stargazer2006: http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,26120.1155.html

And because
Quotesince it seems to be OK to nominate yourself
I will not nominate my works, but because that from "Vive la France" may appear, I would move them from "best profiler", to "most improved profiler", for that reason:
My Grippens made in last days od 2009: http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,26767.msg399024.html#msg399024
And another ones, made in October: http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,26767.msg457695.html#msg457695

The A-38 was not published in the forum until this month so it will be one of the first on the list for 2011 (already added it in the appropriate thread).

Dave is killing me with his loop hole on multi winged aircraft  ;D

I named the category the way I did because we see more than just biplanes (tri, quad, dozen, etc).  However, he raises a valid point, any Mistel or test carrier aircraft can be noted as having multiple wings, at least for part of the mission.

So, how about some input.  Do these types of craft fit in the multi wing category or put them in the Propeller or Jet cats?

A bit of a `self nomination` fest from me. Wouldn`t dream of taking anyone on in the quality side of my builds but I think I may have a shot in the kitbash, diorama and backstory catagories. All my builds and backstories can be found here,

http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,27064.0.html

And here is a picture of each of the models I`d like to nominate for 2010. (Apologies to the Philip, however if I posted all the pictures and backstories I would increase this thread by about 20 pages... :o)

No worries tomcat. I would imagine that like me, a lot of the members have their favourite threads, and some threads get missed. I`m guilty of not looking at the ship thread or sci fi stuff for instance, so the whiffies give me a chance to correct that oversight as such. Either that or my stuff is just cr@p....
