Would make a nice roundel:

Navajo Nation
"Imagination is the one weapon in the war against reality." -Jules de Gaultier

"My model is right! It's the real world that's wrong!" -global warming scientist

An armor guy, who builds airplanes almost exclusively, that he converts to space fighters-- all while admiring ship models.

I have considered using a blue field and a white, semi-solid image of Kokopelli, the flute-playing wandering minstrel/trader of legend in the Southwest. I know Kokopelli is generally associated with the pueblo tribes like Hopi and Zuni, but it seems ubiquitous in the Southwest.

Maybe the "Navazunho Confederation" of Navajos, Zuni, and Hopi band together to help the Allies, under this cocade:

My mind is like a compost heap: both "fertile" and "rotten"!

Sequoiaranger, if you want to use legends in a Navajo "national" marking, consider Coyote or the Spider Woman, two important components of Navajo folklore.
