The display was a bit sparse following OGLs "2 model max" decree with all the snow-no-shows.  But as I said to OGL, sometimes less is more :)

The photo of the bint with the wings must be airbrushed, her skin is all the same shade or is she from Newcastle and had a spray on tan?  ;D
Nice pics Duncan, shame I left my camera in the car.  ;D

Nice pics.  Is it just me or does the turboprop Hawk look not a little like an Breguet Alize?   ;D ;D

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

What's the Cunard liner behind the turboprop Hawk?

It doesn't look 'Whiffy' enough to me, but perhaps I'm 'seeing' it wrong.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit, if only you knew the questions that get asked about that kit - at EVERY show its at!  Usually followed by cries of "Lenny!" for him to come and explain himself....nothing generates more public intrest.

Something to do with the original QE2 design.

Lenny tells me it was based on the original design for the QE2. She was ment to be simler in size as the current QM2. And that there was ment to be three of them.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Size (of the stash) matters.

You wouldn't believe how often the similarity has been commented on - on at least two ocassions it was easier to sign autographs rather then continue what was fast turning into a heated argument "you are him," ..."No I'm not" ..."you are to" ..."but I dont speak scouse" ..."just shows youre a good actor don't it" ..."oh bugger, all right. Do you want it written to anyone special ?" ..."Yes please, me mum"  :banghead:
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

My missus Dad used to get the same when he was younger, he's a pretty good look alike for Rodney Bewes who played Bob in The Likely Lads.  It's died down since the series finished in the seventies, but he's even aged the same, we saw Rodney on some program or other talking about The Likely Lads & we all did a double take!
