For the original mold, I used Milliput, but the probleme was with the dissolved plastic! ;D

There are the new resin engines:

BlackOps

While I think this aircraft looks a lot like a flying pickle, I can't wait to see how this comes out. :)

Knowing what Unicraft kits are like I'm impressed and looking forward to seeing this finished

What disturbs me is that your home made castings are better than the castings on the kit; for which you paid money to a company which has apparently been doing this for years...
There are no good kits, bad kits or grail kits, just kitbash fodder.

CAO 700

Yes, you're right, but I couldn't cast a complete model like this Payen. I'm not sufficiently experient for that ;D.

Thank you Narses.

The mold is open. I think it's possible to do better!

Is that not a perfect scale model of a toasted bagel with plenty of cheese?

This is an incredible aircraft...was it ever built and did it actually ever fly?
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

Uhg, should not have looked at this right after eating. You should put a warning on this post. You are a braver man than I to tackle this thing. I would suggest trying some Bare Metal Foil casting resin for your engine. I use it for my one-off projects with excellent results.

Hi Swanny thank you for sharing your experience!
