I'm not usually much of a fan of "razorback" aircraft, particularly the two you've used here. But this is prettier than either of them, and is looking rather nice indeed.

Once again I really love you     :bow:Luckily Scooterman and RtheCB picked out good kits for me to bastardize. I put all the putty on mine ....ON PURPOSE  :banghead:

Try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try.

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

As usual. This promises to be a masterpiece from JHM

I hate to sound like a broken record, and I've always enjoyed watching you work (on anything), but when are you going to stop farting around and finish the World's Ugliest Helicopter?

The deal with the WUH is that I want to do a really good job for the sake of my fellow inmates on What If.  I'd like to do it with enough ugly detail that it lives up to everyone's standards here.  Like a scratchbuilt coaxial contra-rotating rotor shaft and linkage set made of 56 individual parts.  That sort of thing.

Your skills are always to be envied!  :o

Fantastic build that I am watching with keen interest.

Have I missed something, or is that the first time the word 'Whifstory' has ever been used? I like it waaaaaay better than 'back story'!

Barry,
This is a terrific build to watch you struggle with. We're holding your coat as you cope with the sanding, putty, sanding dance and cheering you along.
You have your whiffing comrades along with you on this journey and we're salivating on the paint scheme you'll choose.
I think you've successfully wrestled this beast to the ground for the three count and the winner's belt.

Heh, heh, I used it for the first time (that I know of) about a month ago on another thread).

Alan: thanks, my friend.  The scheme will be very true to the AVG---the Flying Tigers!
