It's either got its ailerons on the leading edge of the wing, or the fin and rudder is on the nose........
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Might be a new form of leading edge slat.

It's upside down (if you look at it carefully)
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

Captain Canada

It's a great idea to build it upside down and backwards, as it really hides the base plane to the un trained eye or non enthusiast. But with all the work already done he really should have flipped the wings. Unless it does fly backwards. Or forwards as it were

Or even upside down...? Who can tell? Still, a nice piece of work.

But actually it's a "free for all":

No idea - just popped up during web search. I even would not wonder if you could put some rocket engine into the center tank to launch them? Those "flame feet" look disturbingly like fins with serious aerodynamic value?

loupgarou

I too was thinking Ariane.
But the "flame feet" are intended to represent flames, or are fins?
Just seen that the last one is Israeli. It's really a free for all.
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Ah!

Could become a GB topic, too - and in the end everyone takes a pic of the final work taking to the skies...!  ;D

The Ariane 5 boosters have a nose cone that's angled toward the main stage. Shuttle boosters have a symmetrical cone.
