CANSO

2 unbelievable "models" I wish I could find in my local hobby-store ;) for the upcoming Sci-Fi GB:

For now just (just??? :o) CGI by Paul Pepera - more here.

Rick Lowe

Those look pretty amazing.  :o

But though 'Gordon' is fine for a Yellow craft, shouldn't an Orange Spacecraft be called 'Alan'?

Just sayin'...  ;D

zenrat

Fantastic.  I'm with you Canso, i'd love to build them.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Wow. Those look awesome ! How come they have the same number tho
CANADA KICKS arse !!!!

Long Live the Commonwealth !!!
Vive les Canadiens !
Where's my beer ?

Old Wombat

Odd scale for SciFi, I'd have expected 1/72.
Has a life outside of What-If & wishes it would stop interfering!

Came accidently across this USN Whirlwind. Rather unlikely, for many reasons, but the paint scheme suits the sleek aircraft well!

kitnut617

It does look nice in that scheme but as you say, very unlikely. Magnesium doesn't react very well with salt water -----
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

NARSES2

Does suit the scheme that's for sure
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Madoc

There's precious few airplanes which don't look good in US Navy Blue.

And the Whirlwind is definitely not one of those.

Damn but, that looks good.  It also looks right!

These space tug engines look like three Zippo lighters
The carpet monster took it!

Dizzyfugu

Zippos are frequent kitbashing ingredients... Came across a biped mecha which carried "arm-guns" - and these were pimped one-way lighters!

Captain Canada

That scheme suits every aeroplane ! Such a shame that Humbrol discontinued that colour. Looks excellent for sure. Needs a pair of radials tho

Found these on a War Thunder imgur page while looking for Mosquito schemes.  last one appears to be armed with a laser cannon.

Green nosed or yellow nosed ? Decisions, decisions
