It's a Focke-Wulf Rammjäger as per the manufacturer and it's not a glider - there is some kind of propulsion (as already mentioned above).
This one is similar (but not identical-smaller scale I guess).

The T and C on the top near the red fule caps give it away as well. They stand for C-Stoff and T-Stoff which were not only very "energetic" but highly corrosive as well.
