I think this was from a tactics book from WW2 and it sorta proves Germans had Merlins ...

And no wonder with such distraction that they lost .

I may be mistaken, but I think that kit was modeled for that series a few years ago (saw it on HLJ but wasn't in a non-Macross Anime mood back then (prior to my reintroduction to building WHIFs)).

found this Fokker D.XXI zweiling on the dutch modeling forum  :mellow:
all the aircraft below, were part of a proposed LVA'41 Groupbuild, that unforunatly never got made  :-\

Bandai did some 1:100 IP kits from the Yukikaze series, and Platz did some very nice, but eye-wateringly expensive resin kits in 1:72.
