Some cool pencil drawings at http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=46790.0

The images look a bit too large to post here.

I particularly like the "E-Wing Escort Fighter" (basically X-Wing with the upper wings removed) and the "Tractor/Pusher V12 liquid-cooled aero-engines turning contra rotating props"

The E-wing is a "real" (canon) design, FYI. :) http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/E-wing_escort_starfighter
Ahhh, I didn't know that.
To make it a whif, it would have to be done in Royal Navy colors, or maybe modded into a racer  ;D

I grew up ona  farm on the great North American prairies....and that is the most cool thing I have EVER seen! (Yeah, I flew one when I was 8 years old, but it wasn't green, but hey, it worked in my head!)

That is going to get built!

Way back in the mists of time I used to attend many an RC air show as a child... there was one chap who regularly produced ludicrous aircraft. He has a flying De Lorean and a flying electric iron from memory...
There are no good kits, bad kits or grail kits, just kitbash fodder.
