What the hell is the creative team at Rockstar smoking

More likely they didn't want to pay Boeing to use an actual Chinook....

Or Sikorsky for an actual Sea Stallion

You know I never realised how big the Sea Stallion (or whatever it is, I'm useless at modern types and helicopters in particular) until I saw that picture and compared it to the Chinook and I know how big that is. Thanks

Not sure how useful the rear turret would be however
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Probably not very except in broadsides.  You can see the ski jumps block both port and starboard decks, so you lose the ability to fire 45 degrees off the superstructure.  I think Seadude's(?) BBH(N) was a better option.

It's pretty big Chris, here's one I saw at the Yuma Airshow last year.

You'd also completely trash any aircraft on deck when you fired.

It's strange isn't it. I've been in a Chinook (on the ground) so know how big it is. Whereas I've only seen pictures of the Sea Stallion. I think the fact it just has the single rotor conditioned my brain into thinking it must be smaller. That's where models of things can make great comparisons

Here's a pic I took a while ago Chris, comparing the Chinook and CH-53 to the Rotodyne:

It's longer due to the tail boom, but it's cabin is almost identitcal.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
