I do like that . The tailplane wouldn't be very effective as it would be in the wash from the wing and weapons but it looks cool.

Canard configuration would fix that in a heartbeat

Or a butterfly tail. I would have had to move the main gear to the rear, but otherwise its awesome.

Back to the reversed F4U, the wings and cowling are F4U but would that main fuselage be Skyhawk? There's a possibility of Tigercat nose as well...any thoughts?

I would say it's just the Corsair's rear fuselage with the tail surfaces cut off.

Looks like a scene from the Ace Combat series of video games.

Love the paper wings too. The one with the constant angle leading edges is my favourite.
