That is rather cool, but what sort of emergency needs a airport to become a carrier?

Haven't you seen Battleship?

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Flood, or military action that destroyed the home base, so the carrier is a tougher target

I'll just throw this one here as it's part of a theme.

A trick I showed my kid when working on engines, draw a quick 'map' or trace the piece you are removing on to card, so that you can keep the bolts in their proper holes. Easier to keep track of as well. So I found the box he was using when he works on his nitro powered Traxxas truck. This is the bottom skid plate. Looks oddly familiar eh ?

...as well as the landing gear! Wonder if that thing can roll on anything than massive concrete?

Is it supposed to be a C-150 or a C-172?

NARSES2

No you misunderstand the concept. It's a point defence weapon. It's pushed around until you reach the spot on the airfield that needs defending and then you use the petrol to power up the generator and make a cup of tea
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

He says it has a max. gross weight of 1760 lbs. Those stores it's carrying must have NEGATIVE weight in that case!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
