I did the Hefner 'Black Bunny' DC9-30 too. Straight Airfix kit painted black but someone did a decal sheet for it, Jet Set perhaps, it was their sort of thing.

Not only that, I've even been on board the thing.  ;D

When Hefner flew it into Heathrow in the mid 70s I knew a guy who was a photographer for 'Playboy' and other similar mags (it's a LONG story.....  ;)) who was also an ace figure modeller. (With his experience he would be too!) He'd got an invite onto the aircraft and asked me I'd like to tag along. Silly question.

It was pretty plush inside as you'd expect, just like a monster bizjet but with full height headroom. The girls weren't aboard though.  :angry:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
