Aicraft as Catamarans!

I found these on the IO9 site,

I never know what to quite to do with pics which appear to over some form of 'ownership' as to hot link (bad?), copy and rehost (stll bad?)

but covers the possibility of reusing old airliners, C-130/L1011s and making them in to some form of catamaran.

originally named "the Londonaire" then renamed the "Cosmic Muffin" for some reason, maybe because it was used for muff-in-diving ? That'd be a cosmic adventure
