WOW!  Not only is it a totally stupendous piece of modelling, it also looks very, very right.

A thoroughly deserved whiffie contender - possibly the best made model I've seen on this website so far this year.  Bravo sir, bravo.

Thanks for the kind comments...:D

Paints are LifeColor acrylics
FS36375 Light Ghost Grey
FS30219 Tan
FS33531 Sand
and the green is a mix of FS34558 Italian Interior Green and FS34088 Olive Drab...I could have gone a shade or two lighter on the green to be honest, but hey, live and learn...the green should be FS34424 but I didn't have any of that, hence me making something up...:D

I think you did a great job of mixing that green! FWIW I use British Sky type S Green (AKA "duck egg green") In this picture its probably closer to the F-15I color. I used to mix Testors "beret green" with white to achieve it in my earlier modeling days... That stuff was vivid!! Looked cool though probably a little more extreme than the F-16Is in this pic. As you can see it fades, and it varies and I'm pretty sure the Green used in the US is a different shade than what is used in Israel--just to add confusion

Again Zeke, great build

Excellent picture!...

yeah, i noticed that there were a few shades being used on the IAF machines and I'm not TOO unhappy with the shade I came up with but I still think it could have been a touch lighter...never mind, I'll know for my next project...which is coming soon actually...  ;D

Eh, so the guys in the paint shop didn't mix the proper shade of green, what are you gonna do?  They must of been running low ;D

It's still a kickass bird man with a ridiculously great paint job!  Do you have a build thread for her?  I'd love to see the painting stages.
