Now I'm sure one of the various wargames miniatures companies which makes zombie nazis will make one eventually...

I think there was a story called 'Batman's Biggest Boner' or something... It was using the old and obscure meaning of boner as trouble, but no one ever used it that way, even then. It was full of Batman and JOker saying the word 'Boner' out of context...
Possibly the internet just made it up, I dunno.
