Thanks all !  I use a urethane spray foam, you can get it at any hardware store...it dries overnight.

Once it is dry, you can carve and sand it down, then cover it with bondo for a hard surface...

Just remember to wear latex gloves when you apply the foam...that stuff sticks to everything, and the only thing I have found that will remove it from skin is Wesson Oil, which makes me nervous when I think about cooking with it.   (the oil that is)

Cool build Greg! Gotta love anything with dinosaurs.     Any ideas on the paint scheme yet? looking forward to seeing this one progress.
