Freightdog whif kit suggestion sought

Hi guys,

As I mentioned on another thread, I'm planning to get another whif kit out by Telford, I have an idea what I want to do, but I'd welcome any suggestions you might have (yes I know you want Fairey Delta III and P1121 !!). So, please post your suggestions, a couple of guidelines;

- It has to have been a real design, albeit a cancelled project (ideally at least mock up stage)
- I like post-war British subjects, but its a big world out there, so any country of origin or time period welcome
- In 1/72nd model should be no longer than around 25cm

Supermarine Type 545 F1 (revised production version with the sabredog style nose rather than prototype duckbill)
BAC AFVG - companion to the TSR2 precursor of Tornado - FAA, RAF, AdA, MN
Supermarine 583 - pre AFVG Naval Interceptor to replace Sea Vixen before P1154 forced on Navy
Naval P1154 of course
Naval P1121 - side by side seating wings fold at wing root
BAC P45 - VG strike/trainer in same spec as Jaguar

hmm, could i suggest one of those swept wing seahawks, P1084 or something? the one the RAAF nearly
bought but went for a avon powered sabre instead?

( heres showing my combination of memory and forgetfulness)
the BAc "mud fighter" concept from the 80s they showed in the corp news paper, nose canard, rear main wing, pusher prop, had a load of pylons under the main wing....  its name ?? cant remember, designation ditto,    Im hopeing like hell that some of my peers here will know what the heck im rabbiting on abought and be able to give a bit more info.

Westland Westminster - in civil and military formats
Westland/MBB Tonal - Attack Helicopter Cobra style
Westland Lynx 3 - Deeper fuselageand tail boom
Westland WG-13 - British Seaknight/Chinook alternative

Westland Wildcat - beat the bandwagon by getting the next gen Lynx out first 

Something different -

Blackburn/HS P139 - FAA Ganet AEW replacement, and unusal little model like a short fat Viking

hmm, id suggest the Hawker P.1081 (Prototype, RAF. and RAAF. versions) it'd go really well with the SR.177 if you recall the 1976 RAF. Yearbook (i'd always fancied one in 602 Auxiliary markings!)

another suggestion would be to echo Geoff's comment re helicopters, i would love to see a deep fuselage Lynx 3 and a Westminster would be amazing, i also think overkillers suggestion of foreign subjects a good one too, theres stil lots of gaps re important projects and prototypes

one other suggestion would be the Miles M.52, with possibly different boxings for the different versions, a simple enough model but one of great inportance here in the UK. (it was even allocated serial numbers too!)

I'd suggest the SR.53, but then you'd have the threat of Airfix reissuing theirs...

Just thought of another which is topical and has British links if mainly a US aircraft:-

Boeing F-32 the JSF runner up in its final design format with the tail planes and swept back chin intake, quite different to the inaccurate X-32 kits and would complement the new range of F-35 kits due out, plus you can do land, VTOL and Carrier versions with their associated marking options.

Joe has done both the turbo-prop, and the jet, proposals for the SABA design. Whether he can/will resorect the moulds is another matter.
The jet version is rather BLAH!  the turboprop is just soo cool
