Interesting looking build, looks as if it's from a Japanese cartoon series

That is a superb bit of kitbashing!  the Phantoms nose looks as thought it was meant to be there!

I knew in advance that I had a few issues to unite the two parts (front and rear) of this  model because many years ago one of my first WhatIf was a Phantom  combined with the nose from a F-15 and at that time I was surprise how the two models have joined without problems.

The summer has gone and it's time to complete the Elegant Phantom.

I spent the last months to refinish the surface full of little imperfections and at last rescribed the lines gone lost.
The application of the canopies to the fuselage has required three attempts.
I use the superglue and every time the glue has set down too much faster leaving me with the canopies fixed very bad.
After every attempt gone bad I did used the superglue remover to dissolve the glue and to try again the operation.

Recently I did spent another lot of time thinking at which camo to apply at the Elegant Phantom.
I do not taken a true decision on the camo, but now I have an idea of what I would to obtain.

This afternoon finally applied the pre shading, a little step forward.

I am impressed (well, overwhelmed, to be honest) with your ability to exert your will over styrene and bend it to your desire.

Wow.
