Mossie,

That's a quality build. I wish I could build a kit to look half as good as that.
It also looks so right.

What an outstanding build there Simon
I am so glad you stuck it out with this bird, as she looks stunning and well worthy of a wiffy award in my books
Cheers,

Well it might have been a cow to build, but it's a honey to look at, and you're going to be looking at it for a lot longer than you were building it.....

Nice one Mossie: it looks really, realy sharp. :drink:

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Nice result: I follow you from the beginning of this excellent project.
Really all well done.

When you get to finish a model Simon, you certainly do it credit

Completely agree - no doubt in my mind this is your best build (by far). Deserves all the applause the guys have given you. Superb effort, my friend

Confuscious (maybe)

Excellent, inspiring SLUF.  An aeroplane that is always begging for RAF and FAA colours IMHO.  I've been mided to do one in wraparound grey/green for ages and maybe one day I will.

Thanks guys!

Despite all the problems & the time it took, I'm pretty happy with it, it does seem to largely capture the look of a Granby bird.  I do tend to make a meal of them sometimes!

KB, go for it, I think the SLUF would look great in any Britsh colours, RN, RAF or the test establishments from the 60's through to the 90's.

Somehow I missed this at the finish, but then I've been missing a lot lately. Stupendous work Mossie. Can't say enough about how much I like this build. Bravo Zulu! ;D
Look behind you!

Thanks Eddie!    Praise from the Grand Master!
