I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, I know how strongly Firefly fans feel about the series so I can understand why they'd want to preserve anything from it. On the other hand, that was one of the few places where Firefly's budget limitations really, really showed. It's an awful prop, awfully made (the dustbin engines aren't even level), and I cringed every time it was on screen. It's not what I'd like to remember Firefly for.

My S-2 Fireking would fit in this GB.

Lots of military vehicles get used by the Police/SWAT.
M-113, V-100, DUKW (also used for tours).

Yeah, disposable load is everything. With the TADS/PNVS turret taken out of the nose, you could put any neccessary-but-homeless black boxes in a "tin chin" there. Alternatively, they could go in the space vacated by the cannon ammo.

I was going to say this looks like a project, but I've just been looking at some sprue pics of various 1/72nd Apaches, and not only are the avionics panniers always moulded in one piece with the fuselage, but the tops of the main gears are moulded in with them too! That means you'd not only have to cut the panniers off, but also scratchbuild the newly exposed gear legs. Doable of course, but a lot more work....

The other big decision is whether it is flown from the back seat or the front seat.
Either position has advantages/disadvantages.

The S-61s and Bell heli-loggers I worked on are all flown from the left seat, rather than the more typical right seat.
Evidently its easier for the pilot to lean to the left and look down that it is to the right.

Having seen a Matador being used as a stage at Chatham it inspired me . A lot of Demobbed military vehicles ended up in the circuses and fairgrounds and the topic is broad enought to cover vehicles that have appeared on stage and screen ie: a
