S.H.A.D.O. X-STOl

S.H.A.D.O. Head quarters had found what they thought to be a chink in their armour when it came to defence of the their bases and close support of their ground and sea based assets. The R&D department began work on a requirement for a STOL capable aircraft of high subsonic atmospheric flight,that will be able to carry air to air and air to ground ordnance but will be compact enough to stow on ships or inside a transport aircraft.
The aircraft will have a modular exchangeable  weapons system that can be exchanged for specific missions. the forward firing weapons will consist of rail guns, heavy cannons, and E.M.P weapons.Amongst the external weapon loads smart torpedo's can be carried to destroy UFO's when they go under water. Production aircraft will be in both 2 seat and single seat versions, and will have folding wings for ease of storage and ferrying.
Here is the first prototype X-STOL-1, the antennae that are on the front of the fuselage, where the weapons modules will go are test sensors, as are the protrusions on the rear of the tail fin and the wings.

Yep, 1/72nd scale pogo and a mig-15 nose, the pics really don't do the plane any justice as the colour scheme is one I mixed myself.

Thanks for the comments guys, the pics really don't do it any justice, the main colour is a mix of Valejo bronze, and matt ww2 german light green. I will try and get some better pics done of it and put them up.
