Where's this A-4 Skyhawk from?

I painted up this A-4 Skyhawk at the weekend with a particular country in mind. Trouble is that I'm now not sure it would fit that place.

Without me telling you where I was thinking of, where do you see this A-4 coming from?

Looks like it should come from the tropics somewhere.

Sub Saharan Africa, or maybe Latin or South America somewheres...
