Thanks all y'all  I am not sure of the little blue lines yet. I trimmed a paint marker to a fine point but I will still have to mask it.

Fantastic.  You're getting there.  One of a kind, that's for sure.

Suggest you use painted strips of tape (as home-made pinstriping) for those thin blue lines (and others as needed).

I actually think your reversed blue-white striping looks better than the original: more angry looking.

That's a good point: on the original, the mostly-blue "wings" kinda clash with the yellow fuselage. The way Ron's done them, they actually look more like the black/blue sections on the fuselage.

Looking good Ron, nearly there!

Maybe you could raid the decal stash for large chunks of blue decal, cut it into strips?  You could do that with black for the big diamond shape on the front too.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

As well you should be! If this doesn't take some honors this weekend, I'll be a Monkey's Uncle.

And by the way, if you ever find yourself passing through the Austin area with some time to kill,
feel free to look me up.
