Instruction sheet Index

I always keep my instruction sheets when I build my models, as they could come in handy if I need to check something or if someone needs a replacement copy for a kit they have. My idea is, would it be too much hard work if we were to have an instruction sheet index as a permanent feature on here? All we need to do is scan and copy to the appropriate index page. I do know that this could become quite a huge amount of information to have in one place, but I think it could be a worthwhile thing to have.
Cheers,

I also have mine from way back.

Like the idea but there are several other sites around with stuff already posted (like the Airfix Tribute Forum).  Don't know that we need to duplicate what is already out there.

Maybe set ours up and include links to others we have found or, we can just do everything in case one of the other places drops off the web.

I think this is a good idea.

The one on ATF forum is only for Airfix kits though Philip

Realize that, so posting Airfix instructions here would be redundant but a link to theirs would give anyone who came to us looking, what they wanted.

I keep all mine as well. No rationale for it what so ever though. Just I'm a hoarder  :banghead:

I have all my instruction sheets of my built kits too, at least since the latest collection started (1986-****).  I've played with the idea of scanning them all too just to keep on the computer.

www.1999.co.jp is a great resource as well. They have instructions for a huge number of kits, from most of the main manufacturers.
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

I feel a self help therapy group coming on - maybe we can get a grant ?

Nick

I had a collection of instruction sheets in a ring binder. Had a clearout earlier this year and sent them all to Mick Condra of the IPMS-UK Instruction Sheet bank. Reckoned they'd be much more useful that way for more people.

Well actually, I was trying to decipher what you wrote in this sentence.  I'm not really into 'text speak' and I can't figure this one out at all.
