Ah yes, the C-5Z. 

A girl modeller in the Salisbury area built that in 1/72 scale. It was GINORMOUS, and she had to carry it to shows on the roof rack of her car with the outer wings removed.

Was that the one allegedly used as a Hamster cage on non show days ?

What was her name, all I can remember is her first name, which was Lyndsey, but she was a really good modeller?

I think I know who you mean and if it's the lady I think it was she went back to her first love - motorbikes. She did a few what if kit reviews in SAM. As you say a very good modeller

I had a chance of getting a built 1/72 scale C-5Z from someone in the UK through another person who knew it was for sale. It was built like this one which used to be in Lockheed's foyer,  I can't remember why I didn't get it in the end

That looks very similar to Lydnsey's C-5Z.

Hers was all-over black for a few years, but later on it appeared in the Euro pattern camo finish.
