http://www.militarymodelling.com/forums/postings.asp?th=50944&p=1  this is the build thread.  No details on the GPMG, but I guess they are 1/48?

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Is that one of Radish's?  ;D
If its in the UK its more likely to be one of the boys from the Beyond the box SIG (aka the Wallace and Grommit gang)

This comment seriously confused me for a while.
I looked as hard as I could and I didn't didn't see ANY magazines for an SLR.
And then... I realised you meant the Gimpys. ;D
What if... I had a brain?

Did Finland use the Airacobra? Capture one? I Google searched the topic but found nothing. I ask because I found this while looking up 3-views and pics of the VL Myrsky II...

That's a great idea! Well done to the builder.

Nice work again by Victor Scheuerman

It looks great, but he doesn't say much about the actual engines he used and the exhaust ducts only show in one view, and as they're transparent they're only just visible!

... and they face in towards the fuselage?

Mmmm, not a good idea for numerous reasons, and a Dart wouldn't simply fit straight on as a direct
replacement for  a two-stage Merlin.

Nice concept, questionable execution.
