I was rooting though some saved pics and found this scan

With a Psudo Nuke armed flanker, from one of the Evangelion Derivative works.

Interesting. Reminds me a bit of one of the Strike Valkyries from Macross. There's not a whole lot left of the Flanker in there, really.

I was searching around for some data for a forthcoming Whiff and found this at first :-

Then I dug a little deeper and found this :-

So I went right back to the Home page of the site and found a complete WWII Alternative History that had La Belle France continuing the fight! At least I think it is, as it's all in French, but I'm sure some of our French colleagues on here will correct me if I'm wrong. It's a HUGE site, with lists of sunk and damaged shipping for all the combatants, the Bismark being sunk by the Richlieu amongst other revelations!

Some of the 'alternative' images of French flown aircraft look quite superb.

Well worth a browse.

Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Interesting.  Love the map.  Includes all the remaining French colonies in India!  Lovely!

But is it Whiff? I don't care.
Lots and lots of lovely detailing went into this one, must've been a blast building it!

Its cool, for sure. A rearward mounted Spandau to keep the tailgaters at bay... love it.

Found this one on FB at work (Slow day, no traditional Guardsmen to abu...er, train today):

Gotta admit, its an interesting kayak.  Wonder if the guns work.

The Iris Raptor for FSX comes with its own little whif skin:

AFAIK Iris are based in Oz these days, or they were at one time anyway.

If not, the moustache is enough of a deterrent...

Yep, still are :) As a passionate simmer, I do enjoy iris' products a lot. But nothing comes close to the joy of actually flying them.

Intercept kayak, roger, out.
