Either Foxone or Akotombo (somebody in Japan anyway!) did a kit of it a few years ago, I first came across it in an Air International back in the late 70's or early 80's. Attempted a model back then using the old Airfix kit but it was NOT pretty!

I've been 'building' an F4-X for about 20 years now. The word 'building' here is used in its widest POSSIBLE sense. 

The basis for my build was a Hasegawa F4-E and an F4-E(S) conversion kit put out by 12 Squared. This is the F4-E(S) kit conversion that I started to kick-off the F4-X build, and I haven't even finished THAT yet!  The recce pack in the foreground is the trial pack they used to test the HIAC camera intended for the F4-X.

That was actually used in a game, Ace Combat 5, as the Final form of the F-4 Development line. It went by the name F-4X
