...
I suppose you could sacrifice a Berkut kit though.

A kit or two! I remember doing a Sea Witch a whif version of Stephane's Sea Devil with tandem backward-swept wings and twin tails (ala Hawker P1214).

Ooooh, we want the pics!

Stumbled upon this website: http://highspeedhorizons.org/

Worth scrolling down for some "counterhistorical" designs, including a neat B-29 Zwilling carrier plane:

Amusing, however, he seems to have a hard time with physics.  ;)

Jon,

Agreed.

As depicted, this B-29 "zwilling" would be double the weight, have less wing area, and still just four engines to power it.  To say that its performance would be... limited... would be understating it.
Wherever you go, there you are!

Interesting location to carry the "shock wave powered" aircraft too... what's a cg

Should make for an 'interesting' time in the B-29Z cockpit when they release the parasite!  :o

His shock-wave powered "aircraft" has more than a whiff of perpetual-motion silliness.
;D :banghead:

I live that, it looks like 'Arrow meets Tornado'.

And it looks like Stephane's work too.

It's what the Mach 3 Arrow was supposed to look like Kit, got some drawings of it in the Arrow book I have.
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

Not quite, yes to the Fieri inlets, however the nose profile is different
(the whole forward fuselage looks shortened in the illustration)
as is the "full-view" canopy. The "high-speed" Arrow canopy looked
like the standard canopy. A note on the drawing states "cast steel
canopy".

That canopy and radome in the pic still look very 'Tornado' to me, albeit without any under nose addons.

Agreed, it looks like a graft from a Tornado image, which IMHO, is what makes the nose look short.
