Here's my 'Project Hangar' for want of a better term.....

All are 1/72 scale except for the thingie top left, which 1/144 scale and is almost 3 FEET long!  ;D

And this doesn't count the ones I've planned and have the various bits and pieces for but have yet to start cutting plastic. Neither does it cover the ones in my head that I HAVEN'T identified the kits for yet.

So many models to build, so little time....  :banghead:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit

PR-19,
You justy gave me a huge inspiration for a model from your project in the lower right corner. Thank You !! ;D
Look behind you!

Eddie,

My pleasure, that's what this place is all about, the free exchange of ideas and brainwaves. This thread's all about buidling the model :-

http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,23381.msg338774/highlight,cv-10.html#msg338774

and it mentions the OV-10 thread here :-

http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,11482.30.html

that has more stuff on the CV-10, starting around post #34.

Hmmm, I knew I had quite a few, but not quite this many! How many can you spot? ;D

Not shown in this pic are the Kirov-based assault ship, the long-stalled custom Gundam build, and my Ju-88 based flying boat. They're all boxed away and I couldn't be bothered to drag them out for this pic. Not sure there's space for 'em on the desk anyway!
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

I'm sad now, because I thought about all the models sitting there waiting in my hobby room.
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

At last count...hmm, roughly 50 or so ships, roughly 30 or so aircraft.  I'll be in the corner weeping manly tears of regret.  :-\

OK guys.
Where do I find the collage tool in Photobucket?

I am obviously looking at it but just not seeing it. :banghead:

Alle kunst ist umsunst wenn ein engel auf das zundloch brunzt!!

Sic biscuitus disintegratum!

Cats are not real.
They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

Any aircraft can be improved by giving it a SHARKMOUTH!

JayBee

OK I have decided to do it this way.
Here are my current projects. This is of course a new definition of current as the first one, the Trident K1, is at least ten years old

You've got a 'thing' about BD5s Jim, haven't you?  ;D

And what the devil are those two little grey devices in the 7th piccie down?

From your main album, go into TOOLS (tab on top row), followed by IMAGE EDITOR. There's a CREATE A COLLAGE button on there, and from there, it's pretty self-explanatory and easy to use.

Thanks Weave, I will try that next time.

Kit, they are variants of the Focke-Wulf Stumelhabicht glider.
In the form you are seeing them they are RW.
The shorter span is the "Aerobatic" version, the longer span is the version that was used to teach Me-163 pilots how to "glide" (like a brick) to a safe landing.

Ah yes, that'll be like me landing a PW-6 then!  :-\

As my instructor has said 'That could have been a little less abrupt Kit. No, it could have been a LOT less abrupt!'

Forgot to add to my above post that I've got roughly another 2 dozen or so that I've built up this year but didn't photograph yet.
