Tempests over the Fjords

Again, another of my older models gets photographed.

Bog standard Heller/Smer Tempest V operating with the Banff Strike wing, late '45.  My extended war sees the US daylight operations getting a serious kicking from a resurgent Jagdwaffe now equipped with jets.  Consequently, the US needs all the P51 it can get, so none for it's allies.  Thus, the Mustang III equipped escort squadrons replace their Mustangs with Tempests.
