I keep seeing this on Ebay when I do searchs for kits - "Builder's Kit"?  Anybody know what the definition is?

I take it to mean "not a collector's kit", ie not pristine condition. So not shrink-wrapped, box has been opened/may be damaged, etc.

There was one buyer from the States I bought a lot of stuff from who had a 'builder's kit' corner.  These were kits usually sans decals & sometimes instructions but otherwise complete.  Perfect for whiffing fodder & very reasonably priced.

Ah, that makes sense.  OK.  Off to buy a "Builder's kit" or two.   ;D
