OK, I know this is a little early to start this and I know I was planning to be there this year, BUT this time I defiantly will be going as I have just booked both the hotel and car !!!!

I enjoyed the 2010 event, so provisionally yes, funds permitting.

As ever, my sweets, I'll be there......booking the hotel once the huge volume of trifle I've consumed has sunk lower down the digestive tract.

I am so the early bird with the 2011 event. My holidays for the event were booked at least a week before this Christmas. I had missed the 2010 event after going to the 2009 and enjoying it so much that I have been making sure I will be there. Only death or serious injury will keep me away for 2011.

Back in 2001 I returned to the 'old' country for the first time in 21 years, after that it was like, 'OK! been there, done that', I've got other places I want to see.

But I think I might just plan a vacation around a Telford event sometime soon 'cause I'd like to meet up with some of you gents.  But it won't be this year --

Being one of the 'leisured classes' (meaning I'm retired  ;D) I never seem to book anywhere or anything until it's far too late to get a room at any of the hotels nearby! But 2011 just may be different as the 2010 event was just about the BEST model show I've ever been to, and I've been going to them since the mid-60s!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Already started putting the funds away for it so I WILL be there in 2011. Also, on the point of accomodation what are we all doing?
